I was draw to Christian meditation by God. I have been seeking alternative treatments for my depression that is consistant with my Christian lifestyle. When God lead me to this website it just made sense. I believe this form of treatment will be lasting and successful.

I suffer from anxiety and saw a you tube video that was beautiful about Christian meditation, last night I was watching some things on you tube about how to get rid of anxiety and it basically led me into meditation...I then looked at some more things on you tube about meditation and being a christian i was drawn to christian meditation as I believe in one God and I believe in Jesus and the Holy Spirit..God bless +

Hi Everyone!!
I went to a day organized by CANSA where a reverend talked about christian meditation and wanted to learn more!
BUT I'm from Bloemfontein,South Africa- everything new here is New age!!
And I didn't had internet access!
But God works mysteriously and I found a christian meditation book in the library-and I was able to financially afford the Blackberry and found Rhonda's website!!!
I praise Him my Saviour and Lord!!!
I really need to learn more and have a closer relationship with Him!!!
Please people ANY help/advice is more than Welcome!!!!
