Firstly knowing everyone contains veins at the anal area but due to the excess pressure, these veins get swollen causing Hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are of two types. First, Internal hemorrhoids: located inside the rectum cannot be seen or felt, but may bleed. Second, External hemorrhoids: due to the swell of external veins, Can feel around the outside of the anus. When Hemorrhoids occurs lots of pain will be felt and it will be difficult to get a free bowel movement. It is important to note that constipation can be a major contributor to the development of hemorrhoids. It can result in straining for longer periods and can cause the veins to swell and enlarge. Hemorrhoids can be prevented by including high fiber diet, drinking more water, to perform exercise daily. Avoiding some foods like spicy foods should be avoided as they irritate the digestive tract. Foods that cause constipation should also be avoided such as white bread, white rice, cheese, and processed foods, are not wise diet choices.
