while working with the youth for 8years now, I wonder why too many young people are depressed and are getting easily depressed.

Depression is a part of life, at every stage of life we have to fight with it and the best weapon we have is Meditation. Meditation is the best way to get relief from stress and depression. Meditating regularly keeps your mind fresh and relaxed. Always burn an herbal incense during the process as the fragrance will purify the air and your mind as well.
