Hello everyone,
I have been doing meditation for one month and haven't got any result. I still have hard time to concentrate on the breaths. I know the fact that meditation is very useful in making you focused and you can't do blunders in life if you know how to control your thoughts. But still I'm being forgetful. Help me with your suggestion!

Its not easy to control the restless mind,but with the steady and regular practice to rest it on the image of God,one can attain the goal.
